Hello! Right now I'm in bed with flu. I don't mean a bad cold, or a slightly whoozy thing - I mean properly, grown-up, textbook flu. Flu enough to mean I had to cancel an entire day of patients, a day of coaching in London, and two writing workshops in Birmingham. I'm shocked because I never do this - I usually manage to carry on somehow. But this has floored me. Or more precisely, bedded me. .....Read more
